Brent Rydel

Brent joined the Nodi team in 2015 and has grown alongside the company since then, working with diverse stakeholder groups in support of FEMA and CISA clients. He holds degrees in telecommunications engineering, business administration, and computer-aided drafting, but considers foreign travel and federal service to be his two most valuable sources of education. Working with DHS clients has afforded Brent unique and rewarding opportunities to work with public safety professionals and volunteers from state, local, tribal, and territorial agencies. He believes that the ultimate career pursuit is a mastery of communication – with colleagues, partners, and clients alike. To that end, he focuses on driving positive change through client interactions, delivering world-class work products, and building rapport with peers across the country. Brent finds purpose every day in bridging the gaps between technological expertise and organizational strategy.
