Karlee is an experienced emergency management and public health professional adept at communicating complex crisis management strategies and procedures to professional and non-professional audiences. Her experience lies in local, state, and the federal government to ensure that those charged with public health arm their citizens with as much information as possible. Karlee’s expertise lies in program analysis, assessment and evaluation; training design and development, project management, and communications to provide programmatic support to stakeholders and clients. She has experience facilitating collaboration with government and non-governmental stakeholders in operational and contingency planning, process improvement and healthcare emergency management program implementation.
