Nodi Solutions is seeking a junior consultant to work with our Department of Homeland Security clients providing program management support to projects and programs. Candidates with skills in program and financial management, data analytics and/or outreach and communications are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities may include:

• Help develop project and program management processes for a broad spectrum of projects

• Identify key findings from datasets and help create data visualization products

• Help implement efforts to institutionalize project management processes and best practices across the client space for disciplines such as risk management

• Support projects and programs across project management disciplines

• Take a continuous process improvement approach to help evolve the project management maturity of the government organization

• Improve performance measurement and monitoring/evaluation/learning by assisting leadership in developing meaningful metrics

• Work closely with other team members to maximize coordination and awareness of scheduled events and recognize opportunities for collaboration

 Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a professional work environment

• BA or BS degree

• Understanding of project and program management disciplines, to include experience implementing these disciplines

• Direct experience consulting with government clients

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability

 Desired Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-edit and quality check all work

• Experience performing project or program management for Federal programs
