Jeff is dedicated program manager and preparedness policy professional with more than 24 years of experience supporting the development and implementation of homeland security preparedness, technical assistance (TA), and exercise contracts and programs. He has experience leading business development and managing a portfolio of emergency management contracts supporting preparedness, response, exercise, TA, and grants programs leading deliverable development, quality control, resource allocation, outreach, and marketing, risk management, staffing, subcontract management, and budget for teams of varying sizes across multiple, simultaneous work streams. He provides leadership, strategic direction, and vision to develop solutions, recommendations, and desirable outcomes across multiple, complex tasks in multiple organizations, including local, state, Federal, private sector, and international stakeholders.
