Emily Fannon

Emily Fannon brings over 23 years of experience, as both a Federal employee and consultant, with hands-on expertise managing technology requirements in support of operations, S&T/R&D, national security and technology policy, emergency communications, and critical infrastructures. She thrives in the space where technology, mission, and strategy intersect.  Understanding this intersection allows her to creatively solve problems with multi-disciplinary solutions.  She holds an active security clearance and Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
