Clarissa Childers

Clarissa is a creative and passionate consultant with over 15 years of professional experience in the non-profit, private, and government sectors. Her focus is on stakeholder engagement, relationship building, program management, and sales. Prior to Nodi Solutions, she was an education and workforce stakeholder engagement communications specialist working specifically with energy efficiency and renewable energy and the agency’s office of diversity and inclusion. Clarissa diversified grant and competition outreach to external stakeholders across the country through specific initiatives, webinar series, interagency working groups, and through grassroots efforts by leveraging local community leaders and annual events. She added value to the offices by keeping the existing stakeholder database current as well as cultivating new relationships in all sectors.
