Abby Wells

Abby has experience in account management, data analysis, operation development, and stakeholder engagement. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Communications. She also pursued a certificate in Music Business. Abby is growing in her new role as a consultant and enjoys supporting Emergency Communications efforts. She has prior experience working with federal government agencies and businesses in the private sector.

What inspires me: Good people who work hard. It’s not about how far you go, it’s about the impact you make along the way.

Most influential person: My mom. She worked harder than anyone I know. Work was her priority but through our relationship, I learned healthy skills and traits that make me who I am today. She taught me endless patience, persistence, empathy, and love.

The characteristic I appreciate most in my co-workers: Their honesty. I am a naturally curious person and I ask a lot of questions, but I have never felt weird or left a conversation with doubts. Nodi prioritizes their people and that includes their interests and passions. The truth is not always something I may want to hear, but the integrity of my co-workers is priceless.

One thing most people don’t know about me: I am great at driving in reverse (Without a backup camera).
